Tyrie J. Strong, Esq.
Managing Attorney
Tyrie Strong graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law magna cum laude in 2021. She began her career at Idaho Legal Aid, serving as their family law chair. She won an Idaho State Bar Public Service Award in 2024. She serves both on the board of Safe Passage and the Idaho State Bar’s Family Law Section. She spends her free time with her children, reading, playing board games, and is active with her church.
Dylan Hoover
Legal Assistant
Dylan enjoys working at Strong Family Law while attending North Idaho College part time. She loves cuddling and playing with her labradoodle and cat – and animals in general. She enjoys Granny-crafts including crochet, cheering-on the Coeur d’Alene Parks & Rec softball league, and relaxing while watching the Cubs play baseball.
Patty Bumgarner
Paralegal Assistant
Patty Bumgarner brings a strong blend of legal experience, advocacy, and community service to her work with clients. She holds a master’s degree in accounting, a paralegal certificate, and has spent the past two years serving as a Legal Aid paralegal, where she supported individuals and families navigating complex legal challenges. Patty is also a committed CASA advocate and a board member with Safe Passage, roles that reflect her dedication to supporting vulnerable members of the community and ensuring their voices are heard. Beyond her legal and volunteer work, Patty is a published author of both a children’s book and a poetry collection. She is a devoted wife and homeschooling mother of two, bringing empathy, patience, and real-world understanding to every client interaction. Patty is currently preparing to pursue her law degree at the University of Hawaii in 2026, with the goal of expanding her ability to advocate for clients and deliver thoughtful, compassionate legal support.
